​Align yourself with your body, your mind your heart through these guided Healing Circles.

 

Through embodied movement and dance, let the intelligence of your body express its e-motions.

You will learn how to flow with your inner world. Through somatic guided movement, you will understand the needs of your body, of your being, you will get friendly with your own rhythm, your own circle of power, of knowledge, of wisdom, of creation. Let yourself be who you are.

We will dive with the group in your personal path and in the path of your ancestors.

You will get keys to your self-development and answers to your quest in your specific timing.

You will explore the movement of the flow of life, getting familiar with your sympathic and parasympathetic nervous system. You will find your own space of safety, your cocoon, when needed.

You will set your intentions at each of our gathering, of our sacred circles.

 

You can bring your drum, your rattle if you have.

Come as you are and bring the treasure that you are and let you breathe.

Drum's Circles will take place once a month and require to have already worked with your power animal and

that are familiar with the 3 Worlds.

Each circle will be focused on a theme, guided by our allies.

I am looking forward to share and co-create these moments with you in with our spirit guides.
